The U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) partnered with Sensis to bolster recruitment efforts and improve diversity among their ranks. Sensis executed several advertising campaigns for the Academy designed to reach high school student target prospects and their influencers with messages invoking themes of duty, leadership, and above all else, making a positive impact.
Our recruitment advertising campaigns prioritized reaching hard-to-recruit youth audiences of high priority to the Academy, including Hispanic, African-American, and female scholar athletes. Marketing activities included account planning and strategy, creative development, as well as, media planning and buying for digital, outdoor, radio, TV, and print media in both the general market and multicultural markets.
