The Santa Ana Police Department (SAPD) selected Sensis to implement a recruitment campaign for its dwindling ranks. Sensis developed and implemented a multimedia marketing campaign, which included development and execution of outdoor, print, digital (display, paid search), social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), and a web page to drive qualified leads.
Our campaign decided to center around the tough questions and challenges police officers faced every day. This concept worked spectacularly because it honored the SAPD’s hard work and set a high bar for applicants to strive toward, while celebrating the character, integrity, honesty, and professionalism of its officers.
