SolveIQ (formerly Asurvio) is an industry leading software company that provides computer optimization software to over 4 million customers. The company commissioned Sensis to redefine their brand in order to establish their name as a trusted technical support partner.
Establishing a Brand Identity
Our work included a full name change from Asurvio to SolveiQ, a name that focused on solutions, spoke to a wide variety of customers, and enjoyed a modern sensibility.
Communicating Tangible Consumer Benefits
In addition to full name change from Asurvio to SolveIQ, our work included a website redesign and content initiative which included the production of social media and influencer content.
We have produced over 160 Facebook social posts and have generated 3.3 million impressions, 173k engagements, 53k reactions, and have garnered 2,642 fans/followers (Nov 2020-Nov 2021).
We drove new customer inquiries with B2B digital media campaigns, PR, and social media campaigns.
