Law Enforcement Careers Research

Law enforcement agencies nationwide are grappling with an unprecedented crisis in attracting and keeping qualified personnel, driven by a constricted labor market, increasing public dissatisfaction with policing, and worries about the safety and well-being of officers. To understand how to best address this crisis, Sensis Research conducted a national survey of 1,020 active job seekers in early April 2024.
