| Melissa is the account management lead for most of our federal accounts, including U.S. Army and Department of Homeland Security. Her considerable account management experience on national accounts for the General, Hispanic and African American markets is a major asset for Sensis. Previous accounts include Knott's Berry Farm, Camp Snoopy and Valleyfair! amusement parks, Farmer John meats, Comcast, Time Warner, Adelphia and Bright House Networks cable, and Mervyn's stores. Melissa was most recently Account Supervisor at the TRUE Agency on Nissan North America, Infiniti, Countrywide Home Loans, AARP and new business efforts. She is an honors graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a B.S. in Advertising and a minor in Business. Melissa is currently working on her MBA at Pepperdine University.
