Opens as part of DTLA’s Bringing Back Broadway Initiative
LOS ANGELES – Cross-cultural marketing agency Sensis, recently opened its doors in a new space in Downtown Los Angeles. On 8th and Broadway and just steps away from the Orpheum and Ace theaters, Sensis’ new offices are in the heart of the historic Broadway Theatre District. The move also signals the success of the City of Los Angeles’s Bringing Back Broadway Initiative -- a 10-year plan to revitalize economic development in the Historic Broadway corridor by attracting more businesses and re-activating Broadway’s historic vacant theaters.
“As a creative agency, we’re excited about our new space located in an area that is not only artistic, but also is a rapidly growing business district,” says Jose Villa, Sensis Founder and President. “Now in a space that takes up the entire floor, the agency is poised for growth, and what better place to grow than in a neighborhood that is also evolving as a key destination for both businesses and LA residents alike.”
As part of the move, the company designed an iconic office environment, combining open layouts for collaboration with quiet work spaces for staff. The new space also includes an art gallery showcasing local cross-cultural artists. The agency, which was previously located in the financial district of downtown Los Angeles, recently hosted clients and vendors at an open house to unveil the new space.
The new Broadway office is the agency’s third location in downtown, marking 10 years since the agency was one of the first to move downtown.
